There are reading and writing activities also included. The reading activities cover asking questions about a text, main idea and details, character traits, looking at illustrations to understand the text, a vocabulary activity for “SEGREGATION,” identifying author’s purpose, and listing supporting reasons to show Martin Luther King, Jr. fought for what he believed.
