So, let us introduce ourselves...
Meet the Peach Jessica Ivey AKA jivey.
My name is Jessica Ivey, but I'm affectionately known as jivey! I've taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. I LOVE children's books and novels, so I use mentor texts to teach across the curriculum. I'm a mommy to two doggies, a minion-lover, and I love anything that involves food... no favorite pastimes always seem to involve eating!

  6. Love the poem! Thanks so much for this great freebie.

  7. What font is the Cursive? Love the idea to attach them to the outside of their gift bags, just it's not looking right... Thanks!

  8. Thank you so much for the adorable freebie! What is the name of the cursive? When I opened the file in ppt, I could not type my name or my student's name in cursive. It would default to KG Always a Good Time. Any ideas?

    1. Hey Michele! The cursive font is actually KG Always a Good Time! The font is embedded in the file so if you've saved it and open it in PowerPoint, it should automatically fill- you shouldn't have to download it. :)

  9. I love the idea! When I tried to add the student name and teacher name, it is the only thing that printed. Is there something else I need to do in PowerPoint to have the whole thing print? Thanks, Nancy

    1. Have you saved the actual file to your computer? Sometimes when printing from a "preview" file, it doesn't print correctly. I'm not sure what else to suggest, I'm sorry! It worked from my home and school computer!

  10. Okay, so I love this freebie, but I'm having a problem. I have downloaded it and saved it to my computer, but it won't let me change the names at all. What's the trick? I'm not familiar with powerpoint at all, but when I click on the name part to change the names it just dings at me and won't do anything...Help?!

    1. Make sure the file is saved on your computer and that you aren't opening it in the preview format. (Make sure it's opening in powerpoint too, and not another program.) Other than that I'm not really sure what to tell you. I'm sorry!

    2. Jillian, I had to enable editing to change names on my computer. That came up as an option when I clicked on the name of student. Then the curser was blinking and I could backspace and type in my student names. Hope that works for you.

  11. Love these end of the year letters! Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for stopping by! Please, leave me some love! :)
