Excellent interdisciplinary resource
One of our huge PBL projects in 4th grade centers on the One and Only Ivan, so I was thrilled to find this resource that incorporated the book into our grammar and writing skills. Highly recommend if you read this book as a class read.

We enjoy pairing these mentor sentences with novel studies to tie in as many subjects as possible off one novel at a time in our homeschool. We really enjoy these resources and will continue to use more of these mentor sentences from novels in the future.
