Tried It Tuesday - Drawer Cart Labels!!

I shared in yesterday's Monday Made-It how I cute-ified my drawer cart, and a few of you asked how to create the labels... sooooo I created a video! Even if you aren't making the labels, but you're curious about using powerpoint to create things, this video might help you!

I'm linking up with Holly for Tried-It Tuesday to share with you how to try making your own labels in Powerpoint! I have Windows 8 and Powerpoint 2013, so some things may look different if you don't have those, but the directions SHOULD still be the same in all Powerpoint versions. :o)
I absolutely can't stand my voice on video, but I guess that's how everyone feels. :-P I hope this is helpful to you! Here is the template for the drawer labels that I refer to in the video. Sorry the picture isn't the best quality! It was my first one... I'm still learning. ;-)

If you have any trouble playing the video, here is the direct link...

Make sure to link up with Holly with your Tried It Tuesday! Speaking of my girl Holly, you'll definitely want to head over to my Facebook page for day 7 of the 8 Days of Giveaways! Holly is featured today, and she's got a great prize for you! :o)

  1. Great video - I have been wanting one of these carts for a while and love how yours turned out. I love that paper :)

  2. I saw a similar cart at Michaels. I think all of their scrapbooking carts are 50% right now. The rainbow cart was $35 ish....not as good as your $25, but still one of the lowest prices I've seen!

  3. Wow!! That is great! You provided a template and everything! So useful. Thanks so much for sharing!

  5. Thank you so much for sharing how you did this. I bought a new cart last weekend and have one at school that I want to make labels for. I was trying to brainstorm the easiest way to do it yesterday after seeing how cute yours was and here it is today! So excited now!

  6. What a great "how to"! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your knowledge!

  7. Woohoo! Love the video to go along this. Choosing the "tile" is a great thing to provide for people. I just learned about this recently!

  8. Pretty soon you'll be doing FACE TIME videos. How cool is that?

  9. Those are so cute! Also, great tutorial for Powerpoint. I've never been able to get into it, but this seems to break it down a lot easier.

Thank you so much for stopping by! Please, leave me some love! :)
